After being offered the position of Project Manager, I decided to further

my career by expanding my construction abilities and experience with a much

larger general contractor with a larger array of Municipal open bid

projects of larger size and duration..

Project Manager

My responsibilities are to oversee all client specific needs and to

maximize the relationships to benefit both the client and Lanmark Group.

This includes maximization of World Trade Center Transit Hub Project

Executive Highlights:

I am responsible for managing customer relations, increasing business and

the number of projects received through these relationship. Ensuring

customer satisfaction by using and assigning the highest qualified teams of

contractors and Lanmark supervisors to ensure all project deliverable are

met and or exceeded in a timely and efficient manner

I am responsible for managing. a 10 million GC contract to provide finish

work throughout the transit hub

Scope of work includes painting of rooms and stairways, concrete sealer and

epoxy flooring, concrete insulation, concrete and concrete pads, equipment

hoists, electronic roll down gates, stainless steel vending machine walls

and cabinets, balanced and pivot doors, Fire shutter doors, and custom fire

extinguishers.

Responsible for managing field office and personal, coordination with other

prime trades and Construction Manager,, Monthly tracking of Time and

Material change order work, invoicing and sub payments.

Volmar Contracting. - Brooklyn,

NY 2010 to 2014

After being offered the position of Project Manager, I decided to further

my career by expanding my construction abilities and experience with a much

larger general contractor with a larger array of Job Order Contracts (JOC).

Senior Project Manager

My responsibilities are to oversee all client specific needs of the clients

assigned, and to maximize the relationships to benefit both the client and

Volmar. This included maximization of the USPS Job Order Contract

(Indefinite Quantities Contract), Dept. Of ED JOC'S, DASNY JOC'S, DEP

JOC'S, DDC JOC'S Contracts, as well as open bid projects with all agencies.

Executive Highlights:

I am responsible for managing customer relations, increasing business and

the number of projects received through these relationship. Ensuring

customer satisfaction by using and assigning the highest qualified teams of

contractors and Volmar supervisors to ensure all project deliverable are

met and or exceeded in a timely and efficient manner.

Completed on average 125 to 250Projects per year between these assigned

Clients.

Projects range in size and scope from repairs to major system replacements

and facility upgrades.

Average Non Competitive Bid projects ranged in value from 25K-2 Mil. each

Average Open bid projects ranged in value from 1 to 8 million dollar

upgrades

As a JOC Contractor I am responsible for taking A/E supplied Drawings and

converting them into a materials and quantity estimate that can then be

used along with the JOC unit pricing books to build proposals. In small

2002 to 2005

After the Tech bubble Burst and several of the major telecom companies

either suspended their expansion plans or went into corporate

reorganization I was looking to expand my construction experience and

diversify my abilities by working for a general contractor where I would be

exposed to a more diverse Clientele and would no longer be tied to any

specific industry. Costa construction gave me that opportunity.

Project Manager

I was responsible for estimating, tracking, scheduling, invoicing, and

distribution of many project's and supervisory staff. Projects included

cell site builds, commercial additions, park renovations, and residential

additions. Coordinated all subcontractors including Electrical, Civil,

Plumbing, Line, and Antenna (RF) and HVAC.

After Working for Liberty Telecom for over 5 years we were merged into

LEXENT parent company of H.O. Kane Electric and NNT. The owner of Liberty

Telecom was chosen to head H.O Kane's LI and Westchester Divisions and I

was chosen to be the Senior project Manager of NNT the Project/Program

management and Design arm of the parent company Lexent..

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Managed an estimated 50 to 60 million in annual projects in the Tri-state

area. Reported directly to the VP of Operations and the Program Management

staff for the coordination of national contracts in the Tri State area.

Projects included design and build of Fiber Optic Backbones, Laterals and

Single as well as Dual Building feeds. .

Responsible for developing, planning, and managing all aspects of local

account projects AT&T, Quest, SBC, and Cablevision Lightpath in NY, NJ,

Connecticut, and Westchester County .
