My responsibilities are to oversee all client specific needs and to

This includes maximization of World Trade Center Transit Hub Project

contractors and Lanmark supervisors to ensure all project deliverable are

I am responsible for managing. a 10 million GC contract to provide finish
work throughout the transit hub
Scope of work includes painting of rooms and stairways, concrete sealer and
epoxy flooring, concrete insulation, concrete and concrete pads, equipment
hoists, electronic roll down gates, stainless steel vending machine walls
and cabinets, balanced and pivot doors, Fire shutter doors, and custom fire

JOC'S, DDC JOC'S Contracts, as well as open bid projects with all agencies.

After the Tech bubble Burst and several of the major telecom companies
either suspended their expansion plans or went into corporate
reorganization I was looking to expand my construction experience and
diversify my abilities by working for a general contractor where I would be
exposed to a more diverse Clientele and would no longer be tied to any
specific industry. Costa construction gave me that opportunity.

Telecom was chosen to head H.O Kane's LI and Westchester Divisions and I

management and Design arm of the parent company Lexent..
