Responsible for all building and grounds maintenance, production machinery(Mazak CNC's,
lathes, and breakout machines) PM's and repairs, any building projects, supervising and
scheduling outside contractors, For two different sites.
Skills used
Worked unsupervised,under the direction of a regional manager,set up and received work
orders through Corrigo,I was the main contact person for both of the facilities under me. I
scheduled and performed all tasks or subcontracted them out based on time or budget.
Worked with basic hand tools,meters, welders, torches, hammer drill,dial indicators etc. I
worked with voltages from 10v to 480v 3ph, I can read blue prints and electrical schematics

Industrial Service Technician:UGL/Exxon Mobil-Shawnee OK - April 10–July 2013
Responsible for performing P.M.'s and repairs on air compressors, dryers, chillers, cooling
towers, water treatment equipment, man lifts, forklifts,overhead cranes, HVAC
equipment, and any other building related repairs. Most of the equipment was old and in
bad shape I was tasked to set up the daily P.M. Program, then started to bring all 165 pieces
of equipment back to a more reliable state.

Reading electrical schematics,working on hydraulic, and pneumatic systems,motor controls,
pumps,gear boxes and drives using hand tools, meters, welders, torches, lifting equipment.

service company with a sheet metal shop doing Residential/Commercial/Industrial work.
