• New World Van Lines: Re-engineered IT infrastructure, practices and processes to
permit them to meet government IT and security compliance and acquire
government contracts to grow their international business from less than 10% of
revenues to 50%.
• Museum of Science and Industry: Designed and guided implementation of new IT
infrastructure and systems, permitting them to increase integration across all
operations, reducing operational downtime by 99%, allowing them to partner with
other organizations (St Joseph’s hospital) and implement new exhibits to
dramatically increase revenue streams and revitalize the museum via technologically
based exhibits.
• Rand-McNally: Recovered a failing $20M project e-commerce project. Integrated
systems, across all platforms, resolving network and operational issues in a 6 month
period (2000).
• FTD: Provided consulting to FTD to permit them to save millions on call center
consolidation (1994) a story which made the front page of WSJ.
• J. Glaser & Co.: Took floundering startup to being the leader in their tech sector. Led
business through 4 generations of technological evolution. Designed and
implemented products that were the core business of the company for a decade.
Designed the plan that led to company’s employee buyout and eventual acquisition
by another consulting firm.
