coordinating 270 crew members at 68,920 SF South Elgin Dominicks to complete construction in record time of 87 days and
budget of $8.5M; obtained a development project for another three sites. Built $85M 520, 000 SF Deer Grove site for GLP
and acted as general contractor while overseeing performance of 585 crew members; generated profit of $1.5M after taxes
for each of the three partners. Instrumental in coordinating demolition and construction crews (225 people); successfully
completed demolition, addition, and remodeling without interrupting activities of Dominick at a cost of $4.8M.
Project/Site Management – Played an integral role in building office space (60,000 SF) for Sears Logistics within given time
and budget of $1.6M, thus maximizing client satisfaction. Expertise in completing a historical renovation project (180,000
SF) for VSP Corporation in conjunction with 125 demolition crew. Successfully completed paving of 15 acre parking lot with
a crew of 22 members by ensuring relevant cooperation of K 5 Paving, further leading to opening of the lot in a timely
manner with grand opening. Qualified and compared bids for GLP on projects ranging from 220K SF to 520K SF to avoid cost
