Supervise (5+ employees) and assist in the administration of medications to residents as ordered by the
attending Physician. On occasion, I assumed the role of a Health Service Director and Memory Care Director
(as needed).
Provide complete supervision of the medications room and cart while sustaining a current count of all
medications that our residents are taking while documenting as required by our company's Medication
Policy and Procedures. Additionally, maintain the medicine rooms and carts in an orderly fashion, clean,
and appropriately stocked while keeping track of our departments inventory supplies and re-ordering when
necessary.
Provide direct personal care to residents including during mealtime. Coordinated with our dining services to
ensure resident's needs are met. Additionally, established a rapport with the housekeepers and maintenance
staff to sustain community cleanliness. Performed assessments and re-assessments on our current residents
including new admissions. If needed, communicated with physicians, family members, and vendors to
assure that residents have their treatments, medications, or supplies. Monitor residents activity, food intake,
functional abilities and psychosocial status while reporting any changes immediately to our management team.
Respond instantaneously to resident crisis in accordance to our company's policies such as safety policies
and procedures including proper lifting, transferring, infection control practices, fire safety, and universal
precautions.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Charge Nurse

Supervisor/Management [6+ employees] roles included caregivers shift assignments; ensuring that the
assigned duties are completed accordingly and in a timely fashion; monitored their performance to make sure
they are in compliance with established policies and procedures, including HIPPA; manage shift coverage
when a staff member calls in ill; act as a Manager on Duty in the absence of the HSD; address any family
concerns or complaints and address it accordingly; and ensure that the facility is secured during non-business
hours.

Assisted patients with their daily living needs, which included feeding, bathing, incontinence care, ambulation,
and some physical therapy/exercises. Provided 24 hours in home care when needed; and transported
