I started my customer service skills about *years ago . My first job was McDonald's. There i was able to respond to customers in a more face to face contact . I was also able to assist customers in anything they needed whether it additional napkins, straws or even notate the agenda for future days to provide assistance for particular customers . I was able to learn the skills rather quickly. I soon became a Crew Trainer where i assisted my fellow co workers as well . From there I took my talents to Family Dollar Store there i was briefly a Sales Representative . I moved to be the top Representative in the store . Lastly, I worked for T-Mobile (IQOR) there i work in the call center . I understand the skills to multitask, meet a certain goal every month and metrics .
