Reseller of Engineered Products and Services. Grew the business from 2M/yr to 15M/yr in under 2 years by
targeting specific customers, identifying needs and streamlining internal processes and procedures. Provided
quality oversight and technical direction of test/quality engineers and technicians to ensure compliance with all
applicable codes and standards, QA requirements, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements in the
qualification and dedication of items used in the nuclear power industry. Developed, wrote and implemented
test plans and procedures in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations. Responsible for estimating
project labor hours, materials procurement and budget preparation.
1/05 – 3/06: Environmental Engineering/General Contracting, Schenectady, NY
CMS Associates: Operations Manager/Project Manager/Estimator: Directly responsible for the day to day
operations of a small business from establishing and maintaining customer and vendor accounts to
administering company policy and regulations and payroll. Prioritize and forecast accounts payable and
receivable to develop cash-flows for growth projections. Negotiate contracts and terms with labor unions,
contractors, subcontractor and owners.
ERSI: Project Manager/Estimator: Developed and implemented Timberline software estimating applications
and successfully established communications between the accounting and estimating databases to streamline
job-costing and profit and loss determination. Responsible for General Construction and Environmental
(asbestos and lead abatement) projects from “take-off” to final close-out. Negotiate and implement contracts
with owners, construction managers and subcontractors.
11/03 – 12/04: Pyramid Corporation, Guilderland, NY
Energy Manager: Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of various BAS used in the portfolio. Work
with Operations Managers at several facilities to streamline and improve the operations of the platform’s
control systems. Established a working relationship with NYSERDA to perform energy audits of several
facilities and establish programs to take advantage of available NYSERDA programs. Modify the control
systems to adapt to changing tenant configurations and re-program control algorithms to satisfy local code
requirements.
2/02 – 10/03: HVAC Consultants, Inc., Lombard, IL
Engineering/Project Manager: Simultaneously managed several large scale (multi-million dollar) mechanical
projects in the Eastern United States. Worked with general contractors, owners, owner’s representatives and
subcontractors to meet and exceed aggressive construction schedules. Negotiate change orders and
enforced back-charges, as necessary.

Off-Hull Lead Engineer: Responsible for the operation, maintenance, quality assurance, quality control and
upkeep of the auxiliary support systems (Site Service Water, Site Electrical Distribution, Boiler Blowdown,
Radioactive Discharge, Emergency Core Cooling, Emergency Power Distribution, etc.), necessary to ensure
the safe and proper operations of a land based prototype used in the Naval Nuclear Power Program. Directly
responsible for the training and qualification of civilian auxiliary system operators, including negotiating
collective bargaining agreements, Davis-Bacon and Related Acts as applicable to Union and Non-Union
trades. Negotiated and resolved union trade issues. Supervised and coordinated construction at various site
facilities including electrical, mechanical and service water system upgrades, foundation and building
refurbishment projects. Qualified HAZWOPER and Radiological Waste Handler. Responsible for the land
based prototype’s hazardous and radiological waste streams and control.
Shift Supervisor: Fully qualified Naval Nuclear Engineer Officer and Quality Assurance Officer. Directly
responsible for overall plant and personnel safety during normal, transient, testing and casualty operations for
a land based prototype used in the Naval Nuclear Power Program. Directly responsible for the overall

supervision on Naval Staff, students (officer and enlisted). Mentor, train and develop junior personnel (Civilian
and Military) in various stages of professional development so that they are able to fully meet the rigid
demands of the program.
Nuclear Design Engineer: Responsible for the design and testing of reactors used in the Naval Nuclear
Power Program. Developed models, presented results of reactor life studies, evaluated and, as necessary,
recommended changes in testing programs and assessed the results prepared by field testing to support the
Naval Nuclear Power Program’s fleet and land based prototypes.
