Cradle to grave contract administration of over $200 million of various
types of contracts (Cost Plus, FFP, BOA, etc.). Primary Liaison with
customers' contracts/procurement personnel. Received DRS Achievement
Awards in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2014 for "exceptional contributions" in
Government contracts work. A key member of the team that won a Supplier
Performance Award from Raytheon in May 2011.

Analyze customer Terms and Conditions and RFPs, including FAR and DFAR
clauses, write exceptions, and negotiate changes. Prepare Reps and Certs.
Work with Program Managers, Engineers, Procurement, Business Development,
Finance, Quality, Cost Estimating, and Shipping to resolve RFP and contract
issues to ensure on time submittals and deliveries. Prepare and negotiate
proposals. Monitor orders in Oracle based MRP system.
* Sr. Contracts Administrator - Pall Corp. (Aerospace & Industrial
Parts) 2005 - 2007
Formulate prices for military and commercial requests for quotes. Process
military solicitations, including Surge requirements, based on Corporate
IDIQ contract. Negotiate and execute parts/equipment orders and contracts,
including Long Term Agreements, for over $170 million of sales per year.
