CAREER ACHIEVEMENT I
1. Succeeded to start, evaluate and maintain all of the activities that related to environmental requirements and achieved B-Rank (highest score for all of Panasonic division) with no findings for Panasonic Quality Management System Audit on 2011.
2. Succeeded to train and communicate environmental requirements to suppliers (all of suppliers were complied with environmental regulations, 80% suppliers achieved A-Rank which indicates compliance.
o Note: A-Rank indicates supplier has complied; B-Rank indicates supplier still needs to be improved; C-Rank indicates supplier needs to be reviewed to be discontinued).
3. Improved environmental systems in small suppliers by guiding them to established procedures that controlled suppliers' compliance to environmental regulations and requirements.
4. Created green activity in Panasonic by changing all of the tools, equipment, etc that help to prevent prohibited substances contamination in daily activity.
5. Analyzed procurement of materials o Collaborated with suppliers to reduce in-transit inventory cost by changing INCOTERM agreements from CIF to DEQ.
o Collaborated with several suppliers to control inventory level by using Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) agreements

-Changed wood pallets to plastic pallets which could be returned after materials were placed in the warehouse.
-Changed packing material from stainless steel drum to aluminum drum.
-Changed packing material from carton boxes to plastic box which could be returned after materials were placed in warehouse.
