operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure in the NOC.

Specifically Solarwinds ORION, Tidal and SCOM. I ensure that the system hardware, operating systems,

software systems, and related procedures are up to date and adhere to Kforce standards, I develop,

configuration procedures for SolarWinds ORION, and Tidal. Responsible for monitoring using Orion,
