innovation within the infrastructure. I ensure that the system hardware, operating systems, software
systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, I Develop and maintain installation and
configuration procedures for SolarWinds ORION, and Tidal. Responsible for monitoring using Orion,
SCOM and IPmon, troubleshooting and identifying outages before they happen to reduce downtime.
08/2005- 03/2012 St. Petersburg College - Telecommunications Technician: Responsible for
technical support, repair, installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment and systems at
nine college campuses. This includes service, repair, & installation of the college telecommunications
equipment. Maintains & services over 2500 phones, CISCO CUCM 8.0,UNITY 8.0, NEC PBX,
