. Collaborate with the Treasury Departments & the bank to ensure finance
and accounting procedures align with GAAP.
. Responsible for Accounts receivables - Data entries of member's Weekly
contributions, pledges, donations into the PowerChurch Accounting
Software.
. Responsible for Accounts payable - issuing computerized checks to
address fixed and variable expenses, payroll, honorarium, charitable
and hospitality gifts.
. File and maintain checks and invoices in an accurate and timely
manner.
. Review and Reconciliation of all Expense and Liability Accounts
. Maintenance of the church chart of accounts
. Budget preparation and Compliance
. Preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statement of the
