Deputed as Officer - Customer Service for Handling Order Processing.
Responsible for Customer Service, Hub Operation, Logistics and Supply Chain
Management activities.
. Handling of Complete Order Processing Cycle, Creating Orders, Sending PI
to customer for advance payment & Invoices as per the SOP define or
policies design.
. Follow-up with the warehouses / C&F for dispatch details & informed the
same to the customer either by mail or phone on day to day basis.
. Monitoring of pending purchased order & invoice the same as & when goods
received.
. Providing Monthly Sales Register & Pending Orders to Customer/Sales Team
on monthly basis.
. Providing Stock Transfer between Inter-Warehouse for invoicing purpose as

timely information required by them.
. Handling & Controlling C&F in terms of Stocks, Audit, Transporters Bill &

. Coordinating with the transporter & the insurance company on the damaged
stocks received by the customer & settle the claim.
. Issuing Debit note / Credit note or Stock return as per the policies or
SOP define.
