PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Maintenance Officer MCMRON Squadron 5 (Bahrain) (2013-Present)

Involved in planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance of four US Navy forward deployed Mine

counter measure ships in Bahrain.

Worked closely with foreign officials and senior executives in facilitating and coordinating repairs for Ships in

Bahrain.

Managed daily work schedules through regular meetings with all involved supervisors and contractors to

ensure proper direction and coordinated effort of Ship Repair Refit completion.

Prepares and oversees six million dollar maintenance budget.

Evaluated machinery operating conditions and makes recommendations to senior executives.

Coordinates weekly and quarterly training for ships maintenance personnel.

Provides technical direction in accordance with US NAVY Fleet Maintenance manual and NAVSEA Standard

items to shop supervisors, contractor, or external organizations to start or stop work, determine job priorities

and shift performance, or settle trade interface and interference questions.

Chief Engineer – USS Sentry / USS Champion (Bahrain/San Diego) (2012- 2013)

Supervised organizational level maintenance and conducted onboard maintenance training on Four Main

Propulsion Diesel Engines and all associated Auxiliary equipment.

Ships material and maintenance Officer prepared for six repair availabilities and one extended repair

availability.

Maintained all Engineering records and inventories.

Auxiliaries Officer – USS Wasp (Virginia) (2009- 2012)

Led a diverse team of 49 personnel to achieve daily and weekly maintenance to include long range planning of

ship repair and extended maintenance facilities.

Supervised the maintenance, Inspection and safe operation of main propulsion steam engines, turbo generators,

Ships Auxiliaries, Elevators, cranes and hydraulic equipment.

Ships Elevators Officer Responsible for the supervision maintenance and safe operation of Ships Elevators and

Vertical Package Conveyors.

Senior Chief Petty Officer (Engineman) – Multiple Enlisted Assignments (1990- 2009)

18 years as an enlisted service member advanced from (E-1) to Senior Chief Petty Officer prior to

commissioning as a Chief Warrant Officer in 2009. Multiple Naval Schools and Ship/Shore assignments.

Operated and performed maintenance on internal combustion engines, propulsion machinery, refrigeration and

air condition equipment, shipboard auxiliary equipment to include auxiliary boilers.

Monitored legal and operating records, environmental and pollution control programs and long range

maintenance planning.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

Enrolled in university of Maryland Europe with 80 credits towards a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Business

Administration. (3.5 GPA)

Advanced steam Engineering Course graduate.

Qualified as Engineering Officer of the watch in Diesel, Gas Turbine and Steam.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret granted on 2010 by DoNCAF

I will be eligible for employment in DEC 2015.
