Duties:
1. Checking Bank Deposits daily.
.2. Enter deposits into the system. Advises Accountant/Finance Manager for
any unidentified payments made by customer.
3. Follow up Debtors on their payments for invoices including overdue
invoices.
4. Sends copies of Invoices and Statements if needed or requested. Advise
debtors of other options to pay if EFT, Credit Card, or by Cheque. Also
provides them with proper forms needed and right Fusion address to send.
5. Updating System notes on customer's response, queries, concerns,
remittance advices,payment confirmations and any updates regarding the
debtor or customer.
6. Calls debtors who are not responding on follow up emails.
7. Entering POs when needed.
8. Checking unallocated list from time to time to see if there are
available invoices made already for debtors and allocate the payments.
9. Follows up System Engineers for overdue projects.
10. Do other tasks that the Finance Manager requires.
