SUMMARY OF SKILLS

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER/Project Manager - Siemens Energy / Wind Division

. Organize, manage, develop, plan, execute, supervise, and report on

assigned Warranty Campaigns for Wind Division.

. Serve as Field Service Engineer/PM responsible for the proper

execution, reporting of, stakeholders'/customer meetings, quality

control, inspection, HSE safety, finance management, and advisor of

assigned campaigns.

. Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing

preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation.

Part of root cause analysis team.

. Ensure all warranty scope changes or implementations are performed

within Siemens' requirements for quality and budget demands.

. Provide technical meetings, presentations, instruction and assistance

to customer representatives regarding installation, operation,

calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites

. Read blueprints /GD&T, schematic drawings and technical documentation

to determine proper work procedures

. Responsible for the organization/management of technical personnel and

their training if required and the logistics required to begin,

manage, and close out assigned campaigns.

. In charge of overall project planning such as the development of

schedule and organization charts, the gathering of quotes and

selection of vendors/ contractors, the identification and ordering of

parts, tooling, and resources, the development of budget(s), and the

ability to monitor and manage budgets/ projects.

. Overall project responsibility for safely implementing gas turbine,

generator and overhaul contracts in Power Plants for Gas & Oil

Division in North and Latin America

. Ability to organize and plan daily/weekly work with a high level of

quality orientation

. In charge of all personnel involved in outages

. Implementation of field project in accordance with proposal and budget

requirements

. Seek and institute changes to improve cost, quality and operating

efficiency

. Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing

. Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome

equipment

. Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer

outages and reviewing/interviewing craft labor and verifying the

procedures that are being followed and which ones could be improved or

need improvement

. Perform administrative functions; such as writing technical reports,

ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job/daily status

reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a

complete timely, and thorough basis

. Knowledge to troubleshoot and provide routine maintenance checkout for

wide range of equipment vintage

. Dismantle, assemble, and install machinery and equipment using a

variety of hand, power, pneumatic and hydraulic tools

. Install machinery and equipment according to layout plans,

blueprints/GD&T, and other drawings in industrial establishments

equipment such as micrometers, rules, calipers, protractors, and
