community. All of these factors contribute towards student's success.

Comfort of my students to lean a concept, steady progress in learning, improvement in civil and

social behavior and ultimate success in achieving of set goals provide me with greatest pleasure in

teaching.

Describe what you find most inspiring and enjoyable with regard to teaching students.

Lord has given me a gift of the knowledge and skill to teach. I am fortunate to touch the lives of

children who are expected to make this world a better place to live. I feel pride in contributing my

share to educate these children to be successful, productive and dignified citizen of this great

country and wonderful world. This contribution makes it most inspiring and enjoyable to

teaching students.

What do you say to parents when their child is not succeeding in your class?

Everyone can learn and succeed at his/her own pace. There are hardships in every endeavor.

Falling makes you stronger and builds your will power. Mahatma Ghandhiji did not give even he

had to face several unsuccessful outcomes. He achieved his goal and succeeded in getting freedom

for his countrymen. The only thing you need is sincere and honest efforts. Life does not end at one

spot. It continues and as time passes, failure turns into success. So 'Excelsior!'
