Began working as the plant was being constructed. My first assignment
was to supervise the installation and startup of all electrical equipment.
Main responsibilities; maintain all the electrical equipment in excellent
condition for efficient operation, such as ovens, conveyors. Paint booths,
air make up equipment, heaters, molding machines (RIM process), PLC’s,
electrical substations and all electrical controls. This was accomplished by
having a preventive maintenance program, which started and was applied
under my supervision.
Product: Polyurethane bumpers fascias for GMC.
Project engineer. Follow up the s-rim plant project, my responsibilities
included the supervision of erection and construction work, mechanical
installation of all equipment, installation of all services (electrical
substations, water, nitrogen, air compressed, etc.). Included start up all the
installed equipment and maintain efficient operation. At the end of this
project, I became maintenance supervisor
