Responsible for all disbursement function, including Accounts Payable and Payroll.

Assist with all Audits, working closely with auditors. Required to provide reports and

complete all monthly and year reconciliations. Present monthly Payroll and Accounts

Payables Reports to Managers and process all JE entries and corrections.

Responsible for all accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections. Daily input

of 200+ invoices per week. I handle all of the month closings and general ledger

entries. I am the HR manager and responsible for all reporting aspects. Processed

Payroll and all reporting. Worked closely with the CFO to ensure accuracy and

presented all monthly and yearly reports to the Board Members.

expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs. At my current job, I have been using

Ulti Pro and Cognos for Payroll and Navision for Accounting. I am able to process

Certified Payroll and comply with State and County requirements. I am fluent in

Portuguese and Spanish.
