Human Services from Empire State College. I received my CASAC #19806 Certification by
the State of New York on September 13, 2008. I am also certified by the International
Certification & Reciprocity Consortium #116582. I have been cleared and currently
registered with the New York Justice Center.
I have extensive knowledge in the field of Substance Abuse Counseling. I have experience
working with adults, adolescents and families. I have worked collaboratively with primary
caregivers, school professionals, healthcare professionals and the Department of Homeless
Services to create service plans. I am an experience liaison for the Criminal Justice Clients
with New State Parole/Probation, and the Red Hook Criminal Justice Center. I pioneered
the first group of Road to Recovery Clients. In addition I have worked with the Change

In response to your request for myMy salary requirements, are an annual wage of
$4038,000 to $4847,000 would be a reasonable expectation, given my years of experience
