Worked on Home renewals a month ahead. Re-quoted and/or quoted
adjustments to lower their premium. Called mortgages on invoices
and called insured as reminder. Mailed out renewal on Home and
Flood policies. Collected payments, processed endorsements and
provided customer services daily.

Check-in Department
Duties included: Managed Check-in department. Verified between 250 to
300 work orders daily were filled in correctly by technician
(equipment serial numbers were written in it's entirely, start
and stop time, signatures by tech and customers). Worked with
technicians on missing work orders and/or equipment. Delivered
work orders and money to Comcast daily, data entry all codes on
Blues (Blues were turn in to Comcast for payment weekly).
Prepared Blues by date, tech and work order number. Called
customers with missing information on work orders. Helped
dispatch in answering phones and helping customers with
questions and concerns.

Distribute equipment to technicians. I verified missing equipment
