Maintains and improves control systems using Automation Direct, Rockwell, Siemens and Beckhoff PLC/

HMI hardware and software.

Prepares validation documents for pharmaceutical companies according to cGMP standards and practices.

MCS, TSA, Disilane, Germane, Gas Monitoring, Hydrogen, Cylinder Prep, Ventilation, Scrubber and

Diborane Washout Systems at Voltaix’s New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania and Korea sites.

Improved project documentation level by introducing new standards to create functional design specifications,

testing protocols, network diagrams, Interlock Matrix, and I/O Lists.

Took on role as safety representative and introduced plant to industry-wide safety standards. Participated in

Principal Engineer December 1989 – February 1998

Principal engineer responsible for various degrees of project development, scheduling, administration, design,

specifications, procurement, construction, programming, documentation, and commissioning of ten (10)

cryogenic solvent vapor recovery, two (2) liquid phase molecular sieves, and one (1) reaction cooling.

Engineered control system re-design for purity and high purity control nitrogen PSA, nitrogen membrane and

oxygen VSA plants that significantly reduced panel fabrication, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting.

Updated documentation package provided to customers that specified operation and troubleshooting

procedures.

Extensive domestic and international travel was required to install control systems.
