Project Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. (BAFL) was incorporated as a Private Limited

Description Company on 25th March, 1987. BAFL is engaged primarily in the business

of financing of two wheelers, consumer durables, personal computers, etc.

Dealer Direct Funding Project is an agreement between BAFL and selected

Consumer Durable Dealers. In this Process, the dealer will be responsible

for Customer Acquisition, Document Collection, Customer Payments (Cash

Payments) and Collection process. For this purpose Salesforce.com is used

through customer portal will be used for CRM.

Finnone is local data base system, where BAFL will have Payments related

data in it. Whenever Dealer updates the Payments on Salesforce.com, that

information will be send to Finnone using Data loader scheduling

This project was to set up an integration framework and establish a seamless

data flow from Siebel to Salesforce.com application on regular basis. The

main objective was to synchronize data pertaining to Accounts, Contacts,

Opportunities, Products and Assets from Siebel application

to Salesforce.com application.

months to 1 year of time . By Introducing the Rapid Fund Launch, system

automation the time is reduced to nearly 2 to 3 months of time for

launching a new fund.
