Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quote (eRFQ), and Reverse
Auctions for strategic product categories to enhance contract
savings for Premier Member Hospitals.
3. Managed 2-3 Financial Analysts at any given time as they completed
product cross references, post-bid, and market share analysis.
4. Developed contract award recommendations and presented them to the
Member Awards Committee within each product category.
5. Implemented enhancements in the Passport software, in conjunction
with the Passport Management team, which drove efficiencies for
contract attributes and resulted in a reduction in time for contract
launch.
