Seven gaming facilities and corporate office with revenues of $200M; 3,100 slots, 2 hotels, 50 table games, restaurants, night clubs, bars, retail operations, convention venue, entertainment center, property management and C-Stores. Responsibilities included Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payables, Purchasing, Revenue Audit, Planning and Analysis, Risk Management, Property Management and IT departments. The Osage Casinos employs over 1,250 employees.

Hired to provide financial and operational integrity and guidance in a high growth environment for seven locations and corporate office.

Leader in the development and implementation of a five year strategic business plan for gaming and non-gaming operation’s expansions.

Developed funding and monitored capital construction projects, including two new casinos and their amenities of hotels, food & beverage, convention center and C-Stores of about $96.5M.

The cost of capital was about 1%. The company was debt free within 9 months after start-ups.

EBITDA increased by 51.2% and owner equity distributions grew by 53%.

Operation expenses were reduced by $18.8M or 16.3% over first three years.
