Operations Manager/ Branch Manager

Maintains communications and finalizes planning with field staff, company men, and project manager. Documenting applicable policies and procedures and implementing actions as necessary.

Plans and organizes special projects in accordance with the budget. Allowing for the proper amount of employees needed to complete a job safely and on time, with the greatest efficiency and quality.
