Budget accountability, variance explanations and customer satisfaction coupled with setting goals both for the team as it pertained to outreach marketing endeavors and increased occupancy and ensuring the growth of my team were primary tasks. The community is undergoing a rehab as well as a recent name change which requires imagination as well as close repor with marketing ideas. With this large of a community weekly team meetings as well as a daily motivational 10 minute rally are a must.
