successful book of business staffing Hospitals throughout the US.. In KS,

as the Nursefinders Branch Manager, I oversaw and managed a recruiting /

sales team that contacted healthcare professionals and medical facilities

in the Kansas City metro area staffing qualified personnel for their

Nursing and Allied Healthcare needs. Also I worked extensively with the

St. Luke's Healthcare System MSP. While in TX I was the Project Manager

that established an Allied per diem MSP, staffing Rehab professionals.

FL. As assistant manager, I supervised sales associates within this

Financial Consultation firm, marketing a financial program and providing

guidance to existing clients.

July 1999 - August 2001: US Government - USAID, Kyiv, Ukraine. I reported

the progress and provided production and financial consultation to

developing business enterprises that were being sponsored by the US

Government throughout all areas of Ukraine.

March 1995 - July 1999: Global Ag Management, Kyiv, Ukraine: Executive

Operations Manager in Sumy, Ukraine. I directed all operations for the

farming enterprise, import and export trade and provided production and

financial management as required. As a consultant for USAID, I trained the

local Ukrainian businesses in areas of finance, production and management.

March 1979 - Present: Bechtold Brothers Farms & Horton Feed and Fertilizer

Co., Horton, KS. I was Owner/partner and CEO of the family's 10,000 acre

grain and livestock farming operation. This also included a wholesale /

retail agricultural input sale and service operation, grain storage and

merchandising and a crop insurance sales enterprise.
