Successful Increase of occupancy percentage. A senior struggling 236 property

o verseen by HMFA from 40% to 15% vacancy. Implementing a marketing plan
a nd adjusting applicant criteria, and I reached out the local housing authority for
r eferrals.
Delinquency monitoring. Resident ledgers were not balanced and did not reflect

t rue delinquent amounts. An audit of each ledger and a payment plan with
r esidents that needed such decreased delinquencies by 60%. Total amount
c ollected was in the $20,000 range.
Building lease up experience. Two full building lease-up teams for Senior Tax

C redit HUD layered housing projects. Interviews, verifications, credit and
b ackground checks, home visits, leases.
Organized & Implemented NJ mandatory evacuation plans.
