Directed the efforts of 12 campus-assigned officers at

Presbyterian Rockwall for this 20 location, 250 employee

security company with facilities in Dallas, Houston, and San

Antonio. Conducted and maintained on-going training of

subordinate staff with regard to daily tasks and any new

corporate directives. Created new forms utilizing Excel,

assisted security officers in developing effective patrol and

guest services procedures, and evaluated current systems and
