Description:
Internal Audit Management System (IAMS) provides the entire
feature set to handle audit related activities. It can be called as
the ERP of Audit. Used by ZTBL Internal Audit Division at head office
as well as field offices. This system is also used by audit users for
better recording of audit observations and their compliance from Audi
tee to track records.
Field Audit Department (FAD) of Audit Division currently performs
audit tasks at branches. Their task starts with identification of
need of audit to be performed at any branch. For this purpose audit
plan is drafted by audit zone and for finalization sent to FAD. This
audit plan contains all information regarding engaging of auditors,
the number of loan cases to be audited per day, total number of days
to perform this audit, etc. Internal auditors are geographically
posted at Audit Zones and reporting to their SVP/In-charge of Audit
Zone concerned. However, Chief of Audit Division has been authorized
by the Audit Committee to assign them to the internal audit
engagement flexibly depending upon the requirement. Auditors perform
different daily tasks on branches regarding audit of loan cases and
find observations. These observations are given to branch manager for
rectification and then sent to zonal chief in case of any observation
remain unresolved after 3 days. At the end, an audit report is to be
generated that will be sent to higher authorities as MIS report.
Compliance arrangement and issuing of Draft Statements of Allegation
(DSAs) are solely on the basis of this prepared audit report.
Corporate Audit Department (CAD) is responsible to conduct the annual
management audit of head office departments, audit zones and HO units
in the field in light of applicable rules, regulations, policies and
procedures with a view to assess that all the functionaries are
performing their duties efficiently, judiciously and periodical
verification of dead stock articles and depreciation charge thereon.
Management audit of the departments is planned keeping in view the
priorities posing financial, operational, technological and

Obligor Risk Rating (ORR) is a tool, which provides a uniform
framework and common language for assessing and monitoring of credit
risk. It allows ZTBL management to evaluate and track risks related to
credit portfolio. As a general practice risk rating operates
simultaneously with credit approval process. The risk rating should be
recorded in appropriate place in Credit Information Report (CIR).
The ORR model has 9 rating grades ranging from ORR-1 to ORR-9 for non-
defaulted borrowers and 3 rating grades ranging from ORR-10 to ORR-12 for
defaulted borrowers. The model is based on 10 factors where each factor
has its own weight. These factors are divided into 4 categories where each
category is assigned different weight. It is to mention that Same ORR
model is applicable for both existing and new borrower
these factors of ORR are as follows
Net Income, Age, Experience, Soil Type, Land Ownership, Repayment
Behavior, Market Reputation, eCIB Report, Product Default History,
Market Availability.

for verification. Applicant's credentials will then be verified either
by IT-OPs or concerned Zones/Departments.

Broadcom wanted to provide the supplier with an extranet website where
they can directly post the required data and provide some additional
metadata information which will help to categorize and sort the
information and facilitate in searching the information.
The SQMS module is the part of the overall QADC.NET application suite
with an interface for both the suppliers and the internal QA and other
Broadcom engineering teams. This is the first application in the QADC
suite, which is being exposed externally to the Suppliers and relies
heavily on their input to the system.
