. Strategically collaborated with the Executive Committee and gathered

business requirements to generate a report that detailed the monthly

Segmentation report became a reference for business decisions and how

the yearly attendance and budget was forecasted.

. Implemented software development changes to the ticketing application

which contributed to increased revenue and decreased transaction

processing times. Changes include - the ability to sell Gift Cards

(without processing fees), processing split tenders, selling Retail

items through the ticketing application, and modifications to POS

screen design.

. Led the business analysis, development and deployment of the numerous

software development projects - Loyalty Application, Agent Management

and Observation Deck Retail Reporting (ODRR).

. Revamped the digital signage from a client server infrastructure to a

cloud based solution with a more user friendly CMS that included an

interactive display and a 4x4 video wall. This led to quicker

turnaround times and decreased cost for content changes and increased

system functionality.

contract negotiations, budget preparations and reconciliations and the

Oversee, manage and direct operations of a wide variety of technologies

that run business operations 14 hours a day, 365 days a year: Point of

Sales (POS) system, e-commerce website, wireless ticket scanning system,

two-way radio system, digital signage, and tour communication equipment.

The attraction welcomes 2.6 million visitors and processes over 1 million

transactions a year. Point of Sales system uses a custom developed, timed

ticketing system and Microsoft Retail Management System (RMS) to run the

operations; including but not limited to troubleshooting, procurement, and

inventory management. System incorporates twenty-four (24) Point of Sale

terminals (14 Ticketing and 10 Retail), six (6) self-serve ticketing kiosks

and thirty (30) back office management PCs across multiple levels of the

attraction. Prepared and managed a $1M+ budget in support of the daily

business activities and various projects.

Successfully implemented the following projects:

. Business Development/Expansion. Set up the technology for a new business

acquisition - Rockefeller Center Tours. Worked with Marketing,

Operations, Finance and offshore development company to conceptualize,

develop, test and implement the SOP for timed ticket sales and financial

reporting. Ticket sales process was later enhanced to integrate a

combination ticket of Top of the Rock and Rockefeller Center Tours.

Rockefeller Center Tours has increased attendance 10% YOY since its

inception and has projected ticket sales of over 80k in 2014.

. Project Management. Oversaw the software development, hardware selection

process and deployment of Self-Serve ticketing kiosks that resulted in

decreased lines at the box office and increased conversion rates on

upsell tickets - 14% on kiosks versus 3% at the Box Office providing

better communication with international guests, using six (6) sales

terminals with only one (1) additional staff member.

. E-Commerce. Worked with Marketing, Operations and an off-shore

development company to redesign the topoftherocknyc.com website and the

creation of a mobile website. Website was split into two platforms -

Rackspace for the static site and internal network for E-Commerce. The

improvements included the user flow, functionality, SEO, integration of

Google Analytics and the creation of a content management system (CMS).

Changes resulted in an increase of 10% in web sales as it relates to

walk up traffic.

. Change Management. Experience instituting effective change management

and process improvement strategies through spearheading discussions

about the ticketing application with the department managers regarding

any limitations, shortcomings, or improvements that may be required.

After thorough evaluation and review, the approved changes are then

prioritized with the input of all departments and scheduled for

execution using an iterative approach.

. Operations Management. Integrated 3rd Party Reseller, CityPASS API into

timed ticketing system for real time voucher validation and a more

efficient voucher redemption process at the box office. CityPASS makes

up approximately one-third of the entire Reseller market for the

organization.

AV/ IT Project Manager for Rainbow Room

Directed and managed the infrastructure build-out for Audio Visual

equipment using Crestron Control, Point of Sales system, security system

and management offices for a world class rooftop restaurant and special

event space during the construction phase.

. Analyzed architectural drawings and oversaw vendor work to ensure

compliance with contract and company expectations.

. Actively tracked each aspect of project performance and critical path in

coordination with construction schedule. Prepared and updated project

status reports, and participated in executive committee meetings.

. Collaborated with Marketing and Operations to gather requirements and

finalize screen design for the Crestron Control of: house lights,

theatrical lights, shades, AV and temperature control.
