duty of the clerk to maintain and compile all amendments and ordinances.
Compiled department budgets information and submitted to City Manager. This entailed
monitoring revenues and expenditures, as well as all purchases for supplies. Maintains chart of
accounts for the general ledger in relation to Accounts Receivables and Payables.
Deputy Treasurer and performed all essential duties upon her absence.
Prepared and posted all notices of public meetings, hearings, bid notices as well as other legally
required notifications.
Prepared agenda packages for all boards, attended all meetings and recorded all minutes
