. Created and executed project where the gender differences in the ABC
Family of transporters efflux expression in the choroid plexus;
utilizing wild type, Nrf2 knockout, and Mrp4 knockout C57 mice was
investigated
. Ran and analyzed SDS Page Western Blot, qPCR, gel electrophoresis,
ELISA, mice genotyping, colony maintenance, breeding, and brain and
choroid plexus extraction as well as other microbiological
investigations.
