System ( CSMS ) for PQ tender
. Manage, review Program, Incompatible Program and
Performance Objective Work Every Year.
. Make Sure Vision and Mission and Objective from The
Company in The Good Control and Implementation in all
the team, and also review understanding HES Policy in
the every team.
. Scope of Work : HES Company ( Program, HES Policy,
Vision, Mission, Role Regulation ).
. Oversee Indonesian environmental and manpower compliance
and reporting as it relates to the personnel, equipment
and services issues to ensure fully compliance for
operation.
. Responsible for HSE policy implementation and incident
reporting and accident recovery and investigations

Rig such as fire extinguisher, SCBA, gas detector, etc.
. Conduct Fundamental Safe Work Practices (FSWP)
Assessment to make sure FSWP program was implemented by
rig crews
. Conduct Behavior Base Safety (BBS) Observation to make
sure behavior of all rig crews in safe action/behavior
during working
. Prepare document control of HSE Performance for internal
monthly report.
. Involve in develop of JSA with rig crews before start
the job.
3. CALMUSINDO ENERGY SERVICES ( CES ) - Drilling and Work Over
Period : February 2006 to September 2006
Position : Administrator Logistic

. Make all logistic of administration at the rig location.
