and high financial risk vendors. Reviews focus on the Company's
financial performance, balance sheet metrics, and a strong emphasis on
cash flow and repayment sources.
. Identify all of the Bank's counterparty/ correspondent banks and
financial institutions on a monthly basis by communicating with each
of the Bank's user departments. Once identified prepare annual or
quarterly reviews on each of the Bank's counterparties.
> Mentoring (Valley National Bank)
. Evaluate and monitor the progress of Investment Underwriting Trainees,
who have recently completed a rigorous credit training program
. Provide positive and constructive feedback on various review types
prepared by Investment Underwriting Trainees.
. Authority to approve certain reviews.
