oversaw installation of network equipment, and trained employees.
Developed a standard system for naming Macintosh files, network backup, and archiving
completed files.
Within six months of start date, initiated art department transition from 100 percent board
mechanicals to 100 percent electronic mechanicals.
Developed a creative quality assurance system. Worked with suppliers to determine the best way
to create computer mechanicals, initiated error tracking and solution documentation, personally
reviewed all computer files sent for output, developed a checklist form for Oden and its vendors.
Researched new ways to exchange information with clients, vendors and freelancers, including

a 24-hour dial-up computer bulletin board and exploring the potential benefits of Internet
