PROJECT'S and WORKING EXPERIENCE

This is reporting tool by using Microsoft PowerPoint 2013. There is a
report build in PowerPoint going to senior managers after each month. There
40+ slides and each slide contain 6 graphs + tables and texts contains the
information about the various the performance in various fields. To prepare
this presentation manually is a very hectic and time consuming task. So
this tool is taking input directly from various extracts and calculates the
measures and displaced on charts. We have used Open xml sdk for this
assignment.

This tool is used for logging the time tracker entries in matrix format.
This 700 employees users are using this application by selecting time vs
Activity matrix. This tool is totally configurable by tool administrator.
The reports have been built in excel by using macro.
Project: MI dashboard

Description:
This is dashboard, developed in BO reporting tool by using its out of
box functionality. There are more than 80 extract files have been imported
in the tool by using informatica. We do processing on the data and more
than 50 KPI's are getting calculated and displayed on the dashboard. The
dashboard is available more than 150 users across the globe and divided in
four functions. The reports have built in BO and enclosed by java wrapper.
It has been designed such that the user can drill down till four levels.
All reports are dynamic in nature and user can filter the reports with 13
filters. Dashboard shows KPI's current values, YTD values and target
values. RAG's are showing with comparison between current value and target
values. We are also showing daily, weekly and monthly trending of KPIs on
drill down of each KPI.
My role is to design the ware house and staging database environment.
Guiding to the developers for writing stored procedures, are building
universe and BO reports, performance tuning in Database.

Description:
This is our organizational website build in SharePoint 2010 CMS. We build
the site in SharePoint because user can easily manage the content with any
technical person's help. We have 10 developers worked on it for building
site for more than 12 months. We have built more than 50 web parts for
supporting CMS. We have also integrated Pardot as a marking tool for
storing whitepapers and mails blasts. Pardot tracks all visitors are give
comprehensive reports.
My Role is to design page layouts, master pages, train the resources on
SharePoint CMS development. Development of Mobile compatibility site is our
next agenda.
Project: T0 Confirmation (trade reconciliation) on DTCC
Software: .net, C++, IBM Web sphere, sqlserver 2005
Description
The project was long project i.e. more than 3000 man hrs. By using this
project our clients were able to find the breaks between their trades and
counterparties trades and fix the breaks. This helps banks to confirm their
trade portfolio in T0 time. The project was dividing in three phases
1. Receiving messages from DTCC via MQ
2. Parsing messages and generates a raw data for reconciliation tool
Reconciliation tool, which is itself a big asp.net application developed by
myself
In this project I install IBM web sphere client and connected to DTCC live
IBM Web sphere server. The installation of IBM Web sphere was very tedious
task, after lot of trials we were able to connect DTCC server. We developed
required c++ routines and embed in IBM Web Sphere.
For next phase we developed a windows application in c# to extract
message from IBM Web sphere and stores at shared folder. There is another
application for reading these messages. These messages are in FPmL so we
were able to store them sqlserver table and were parsed in sqlserver
itself. The message contains the information about trade transactions. We
prepare the raw data same as DTCC provides us. Then we send the data to
particular client server for further processing.
Project: DTCC BAU trade reconciliation Tool
Software: Asp.net, MSSql Server 2005
Description
In this project we take raw data from DTCC. Mainly the data contains the
trade transactions before confirmation. Our business is to suggest pairs
unconfirmed and allege trade, so that client easily understand the field
break and place correct value at DTCC and trade get confirm less than T5
time. My business analyst seat together and wrote an algorithm. We break
whole project into three modules
1. Pairing the trades
2. Reconciliation between pairs
3. Reporting to client
For pairing we created, we choose few economic fields and prepared 17
scenarios and set the priorities of each scenario as per weitaghes given by
DTCC. We also find the logic for resolving multiples and make a single
pair.
In reconciliation module, we chose more than 60 fields as per DTCC rules
and find breaks. After reconciliation we were studying the trades and
suggesting actions to client that who to change the value. We also prepared
some reports using excel graphs. For web development we decide to use
xcelcius graphs. Were created few templates but after consistent change
client requirement we drop that idea.
Project: Dynamic Data Capture tool

Description:
We have another business to reconcile paper trades. For that we have
different teams to manual capture data from Pdf files and reconcile this
capture data with actual system data which is exists in xml. This tool has
three modules
1. Analyst
2. Auditor
3. Team lead
In all project these three roles are constant, but for different type of
pdf we require different tool. The fields to capture were also keeps
varying as per nature of product of trade. So to develop a tool for capture
500 fields we require at least 2000 man hrs and spend at least 3 months. So
I had an idea to populate a field on page by some DB configuration. So I
created a module that populates a field from DB on page. By using this
module I was able to implement an analyst module and other modules also.
Now days, we are able to create a tool within 100 man hrs work.

Client version:
This version is installed at call centers or service centers. Godrej has 64
service centers all over India. All service centers this software is
installed.
It consists of two modules.
1) Call management: This module manages all call data, customer
data and call update data. It also manages masters, transaction models
as well as several types of reports.
2) Material management: this module manages all material store at
service center. It also manages different masters and transactions,
several reports and several utilities such backup, import model
masters, sending data to server place.
It also manages data replication at some service centers.
This model also includes some useful utilizes as like data backup,
Import models and part masters, send data to H.O through ftp.
Server Version:
This software is installed at central place (i.e. at Boyce & H.O.
Godrej Pvt. Ltd. Vikroli, Mumbai). This version manages consists of
different types of reports and utilities. The management team analyses
the data of particular branch or service center or zone. So it is easy
to monitor the service centers from H.O. they can also View CRT, FRT,
Repeat calls report, Call summery, Cash Collection, Technician
performance reports. These reports are franchise wise, branch wise and
zone wise.
Data Uploading:
Data uploading Utility is placed on server of godrej. All xml files
came from Clients are stored at ftp server. This utility fetches these
xml files and uploads in to Informix database. The Confirmation of
uploading xml data file is informed to concern person by an auto
email. This email also goes to respective branch manager and zone
manger.

Project: Temperature measurement system

There is hardware device to measure the temperature of various part of a
machine. There were 24 device connected to device to control the
temperature of a machine. Our tool was design to view the temperature
measured by device on the computer. For that we designed a protocol for
transmitting data from device to computer. The device was connected to one
of com port of computer and our tool was reading data from memory location
of that port.
