V MANPOWER RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

1. Conduct screening/interviews for new applicants (casual/unstructured

interview)

2. Orient new employees regarding GMP, EHS, 6s', good Housekeeping,

Company policies, and Code of Discipline.

3. Emphasize familiarization of duties to employees in support with the

coordinators through training and performance evaluation.

4. Implement Code of Discipline and impose corrective actions in response

to particular offense or violations as derived from legal reference

V ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH, AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE

1. Keep records of manpower accident issues.

2. Advise corrective measures regarding safety practices.

3. Brief employees about safety measures and standards in order to avoid

further accidents or injuries (zero accident workplace).

4. Apply and share knowledge regarding safety - aid and other immediate

treatments.

5. Record and investigate particular accident in order to recommend and

suggest preventive/corrective measures.
