> Arrange accommodation for Employee in Hotels & Camp.

> Take care of Housekeeping,laundry& food services

> Maintain water, electricity & LPG supply

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES AT GULF

> Implements camps rules and regulation in the camp.

> Maintain peace in the camp

> Managed workers / labours camp in Bahrain. Manage different countries

like India, Bangladesh, Pakistani, Philippines, Shri Lankans, Nepal,

Egyptian, Lebanese, and etc. Under one roof.

> Capable to manage low medium and high categories camps. Such as low

category for workers and labours, medium category for supervisor and

JR. Engineers and high category for Sr. Engineer and Managers Related

to our Projects .

> Manage water supply to camp, through the proper water tanker supplier

for daily use of all worker or labours

> Manage drinking water and other food facilities in the camp for the

all the labours. And arrange fuel for generators and other vehicles in

camp.

> Allocate site to jobless employees as per the instruction from the

managements.

> To keep record of all employees staying in camps and update on regular

basis.

> Manage transportation facilities to all labour from camps to

construction sites as per management's schedule and for visa

medical,LMRA passport renewal or etc.

> Manage secret inspection of every room as per management's instruction

to avoid illegal work in the camp.

> Manage weekly checkup for all fire extinguisher and all fire pipeline

in the camp.

> Worked closely with finance administration, transportation, and other

related department.

> Manage and coordinate accommodation services and related activities

and supervise the maintenance and alteration of accommodation areas

and equipments, as well as arrangements and housekeeping of

accommodation facilities.

> Coordinate between managements and staff/workers. And report to all

necessary information to the managements as per the company policy

> Provide all necessary thing to the new appointed person or employees

in the accommodation ( such as bed, mattress, bed sheets, safety items

or other thing)

> Maintains maintenances of water heaters, air-conditions, generators

and all equipments used in kitchen and camp.

> Responsible for the facilities day to day operation and scheduling

time repairs and maintains when needed.

> To prepare Timesheet for the camp crew every month.

> To prepare requisition for needed materials related to camps.

> Maintain monthly report of gas, water, electricity consumption.

> Regular check up of all camp rooms to save electricity, water and

maintain cleanliness in the camp area.

> Managing housekeeping personnel's to maintain always clean in camp

area, and all camp rooms as well as mess rooms and kitchens.

> Maintain cleanliness in recreation hall, and arrange repaired things

such as sofa sets and water coolers and daily news papers magazines.

> Maintain full security through security guards security supervisors

and security cameras in camp area.

> Provide quick doctor, male nurse, or ambulance service to sick person

in emergency situation or provide first aid to the employees.

> Responsible for maintaining and improving the camp appearance and camp

safety and security.

> Arranged internal camp arrangements and provide good facility for

staff and workers.

> Maintain GYM, table tennis court, basket ball court, football ground,

and other sports activities,

> Pay the electricity bills, water bills, and other government taxes to

the concerned authorities with the help of finance departments.

> Clean water cooler, water tanks time to time and also spray pest

medicine approved by the managements.
