I’m the responsible of the overnight operations of the biggest store in Canada managing up to 40 peopl e
in three different departments.
Achievement: 70% reduction of shelf holes with a consequent increase of availability of products for
the customer in the first four months
My main responsibilities are:
Managing to ensure operational excellence in all areas
Managing business operations in line with Asset Protection Guidelines (APR)
Managing to ensure efficient operations of receivers, freight team and pack down team
Taking appropriate actions to minimize shrink
Developing strategy with Store Manager and other ASMs in order to drive store sales and profitability

Achievements: 50% reduction of pending planograms and introduction of SAP in the store with an
increase of the products availability of 10% in 3 months.
Responsible for the performance, operation and accuracy of the Perpetual Inventory (PI) funct ion across all
the department of a store with annual sale of about 100 million $.
Responsible of the receiving department and I define procedures and best practices to manage vendors and
support a correct input of the deliveries in the system.
Key point of contact for all operations issues, work directly with the Department Managers and coach to
maintain an accurate level of inventory, while balancing the need for full shelves and right inventory levels in
the store.
I reported to the store manager and the corporate office using KPI based on the efficiency of the different
operational areas of the store like: labor management, shrink, order management, inventory, compliance
from the store and the information system.
