Project Description:
The objective of this project is effective maintenance of the centralized c ore banking solution.
The project involves the customisation and implementation of core banking software for
c entralised data processing at Bank for the Retail Banking functions and Trade Finance, It also
involves development of interfaces for various other systems such as the ATM network used by
the bank.
Responsibilities:
As a Team member my contribution are as follows:
Developed Cheque collection and purchase module and implemented in various
banks.
Developed OLRR facility for inward clearing and implemented.
Developed NEFT for RRB, Its a new functionality in India which hosts mini RBI
functionality.
Developed and implemented STP for NEFT, by digitally signing the NEFT messages.
Developed Interface for payment of property taxes through banks.
Supported the bank for critical issues and resolved in a very short time.
Modified existing functionality to fulfill customer requirement in various modules like
foreign exchange, cheque collection, remittances, interfaces.
As a Module Leader, my c ontributions are as follows:
Interacting with client for discussing new requirements under remittances module and
allocating team members and updating project leader with various task details.
Provided support to team members during all phases of the software developm ent life
c ycle and contributed documents to project’s knowledge database.
