EXPERIENCE
Alorica-Customer Care Agent Sarah Hastings
While working at Alorica's call center, I address the concerns of the
customers who need assistance with their Verizon Wireless accounts. The
responsibilities that I take on are to listen to the customers concerns
about billing, minutes, data, and services. Once I have deduced the initial
problem that the customer is having, I am able to resolve the issue and
inform the customer of everything they need to know about their Verizon
Wireless accounts to make sure concerns do not appear again.
Claire's-Key Holder Yvette Garcia 559-297-
5369
As a key holder at Claire's, I am responsible for the activities of
the store from opening to closing. I make sure the customers are adequately
taken care of in the store and that the fluidity of the merchandise is
easily accessible for all of our customers that come in. Claire's is also
known for ear-piercing so when a customer comes in to their ears pierced, I
make sure that our station is clean and sanitized. I then proceed to
complete the piercing with accuracy and precision.
New York & Company-MSA/Key Holder Jenifer Walker 559-297-
4436
With these titles at New York & Company, I not only sale and offer
merchandise to customers for a leading women's retail store, I also am able
to take on managerial duties that regular sale associates are not available
to. As a key holder, I am able to open the store and manage the activities
throughout the day. As MSA, or Manager Support Associate, I take on most of
the managerial duties during the shift when an active manager is ill or on
vacation. With these titles come extra responsibilities of which I am able
to competently comply with.

Hollyhocks Cottage Store is a small home d cor store where I manage
merchandise when it arrives so that I can adjust the new apparel
decoratively and precisely where it makes the most sense visually so that
customers can be inspired for ideas in their own homes. The store also
hosted parties and gatherings for events and special occasions where in
which I waited on our customers and served teas, coffees, cakes and treats.

While working at Sugar Pine Christian Camps as Adventure Recreation, I
had the opportunity to learn and be certified in CPR, rope course training,

adventurous experience for the campers who came to Sugar Pine Christian

ACTIVITIES AND VOLUNTEER
EXPERIENCE
Sarah Anne's Aprons
I make and sale aprons and have acquired a business license which is
recognized by the City of Clovis as a small business. I sold my aprons
through consignment with Hearts Delight in Old Town Clovis; however, they
have moved locations and they have been unable to sale my merchandise in
their new facility. I, also, for recreational purposes, sale my
merchandise at craft shows and fairs.
Habitat for Humanity, Restore
In Fresno and Clovis there is a nationally noted organization called
Habitat for Humanity. A branch off of this organization is Restore.
Restore is a warehouse where people can donate wood, paint, nails,
household appliances, doors, windows, and any scraps due to construction or
demolition. The warehouse is also a place where people can buy anything
that is donated and 100% of the profits go towards Habitat for Humanity.
It is a great organization and establishes awareness and passion for the
cause.
