Quality Technician / Analyst

Maintain documentation and reports as required by ISO; including ECOs,

NCRs and procedures.

Address customer complaints and provide timely feedback to ensure

customer satisfaction.

Perform process, product and internal audits and facilitate action plans for

nonconformances.

Review and continually improve quality assurance practices, including

creation and update of documentation related to quality assurance

processes and guidelines.

Compile and maintain APQP/PSO documentation.

Work with engineering and manufacturing to implement and verify

corrective actions.

Troubleshoot quality issues by analyzing collected data to solve and prevent

future issues.

Conduct supplier quality and receiving inspection.
