Equipment Technician II

Relinquished lead position. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to

oil and natural gas hydraulic fracturing equipment, including Semi-

Tractors. Troubleshoot equipment problems and effect required repairs to

ensure equipment is 100% operational before returning to field use.

Crew Chief

Worked as a Field Mechanic for approximately six months and then promoted

to current position of Shop Crew Chief. Supervise a team of maintenance

Accountable for all equipment in assigned departments to ensure minimal

Continually came in under the monthly $60,000 parts and outside

contractor budget. Reviewed and balanced spare part re-orders with

projected shutdown of equipment to minimize costs while protecting

equipment operational times. During final months of plant closure, met

daily with upper management and the engineering group to discuss anything

that affected shutdown. Maintained safety focus and conducted daily

safety meetings and pre-job risk assessments to maximize employee
