Oversee and manage the regular backup and maintenance of company
infrastructure consisting of 8 Micro Soft servers running Windows 7,
disaster recovery plan utilizing an off sight location with electronically
vaulted data transfers, and support of all desktop units and associated

Key Achievements:
( Project managed the conversion from outsourced agency to in house IT
Department.
( Designed and Project Managed a Disaster Recovery plan between
multiple locations across the USA. Worked exclusively with vendors and
technicians to accomplish the tasks required to create not one, but
two fail over locations. Responsible for creating the budgetary needs
for such a project. All project tasks, tracking, and information were
available using SharePoint for all team members.
( Provided 7x24x365 support for Informatics Systems and Informatics
Department.
( Installed backup emergency generator for Data Center with no system
downtime.

utilizing a co-locate facility as a recovery location. It was my

( Project managed implementation of RF in the warehouse to read bar
codes, sku number, and quantity, to cross-reference current Item
Master File for warehouse and store inventory and shipping.
( Project managed complete system roll out to 48 store locations

DataTranSL credit card machines.
( Created the IT Department Help Desk to better track user issues to
