Knowledge of Maintenance, trouble Shooting, commissioning, operating, Servicing of

Window split, Ductable Split Unit, Package Unit, Central Plant (1 Ton to 120 Tons)

Knowledge of FCU Cooling Towers AHU Maintenance, Air Balancing, CFM, VCD, Set

Temperature and Pressure and Ducting.

Pressure testing, Gas Charging, Vaccumize System.

Attend Shipyard VSSC Onboard Meeting about all HSE Safety precaution and Schedule of Project.

Responsibility of Job Co-ordination between site team and owner representative.

Taking Charges of Manpower allocation and every morning Briefing, Tool Box Meeting about

Safety precaution and PPE.

Apply Work permit and Manage to Sign PIS and HSE Officer on Hot work permit according to work

location.

Knowledge of Electric tools, QA, QC, Welding Cable Cutting, Hose, fire Extinguisher Cylinder

Inspection.

Verify all Scaffolding tagged and Safe Condition.

Verify Safety precaution stipulated on permits to work risk assessments and job safety analysis are

being implemented.

Closely monitor high risk activities, Confined space entry gas testing and air monitoring, lifting

activities, work at height, movement of abnormal load etc.
