implementation. Clontech was using Syteline software for their day-to-day business and was replaced
by Oracle eBusiness suite 12.0.2. The modules implemented were INV, BOM, WIP, Cost, MRP /
ASCP, Purchasing, Order Management and Financials. I was responsible for Inventory, BOM, WIP
(Discrete Manufacturing), MRP, Standard costing, and Purchasing. Configuration of the system was
done using Oracle Business Accelerator General Business (USA) Setup tools. The Project was

BearingPoint Consulting formerly KPMG: Worked as Manager in Oracle Practice from May 2005
to Aug 2007. Following are the brief snapshots for the clients I worked for:
USG, Chicago, IL from Mar 2006 to Aug 2007: USG is the world's leading producer of gypsum
wallboard, joint compound, specialty ceiling systems and a vast array of related products for the
construction and remodeling industries.
BearingPoint implemented Oracle eBusiness Suit 11.5.9 at two of the USG pilot plant in Nov 2005.
USG is having 60+ manufacturing plant and distribution center all over USA. They decided to split all
locations into seven phases for convenience of implementation and there was a gap of three months
between phases. The implementation team was also split into Supply Chain and Cost team. Each
phase has a go-live date of 1 st day of every fourth month. Supply chain team is to go eight weeks
before go-live and Cost team three weeks before. I was in the Cost team responsible for Inventory,
BOM, and WIP, Purchasing, Average Costing and part of GL & AP. The work involved:
• Help cleaning their legacy data
• Help loading data for BOMs, Routings, Cost, Department, Resources, Overheads and
Material Overheads etc.
• Validate the legacy cost to rollup cost.

Process Control and Flow Control across many different industries. They deal with Control Systems,
Flow Automations, Safety Instrumented Systems, Regulators, Pressure Protections, Control Valves,
Valve Automation, and Instrumentation.
BearingPoint implemented complete Oracle eBusiness suite 11.5.10. I was involved with Inventory,
BOM, WIP, MRP, Cost and Purchasing modules in two short periods during July 2005 & Feb/Mar
2006. In my first interaction with client; my role was to demonstrate and familiarize them over
functionality and capability of Oracle manufacturing & supply chain with respect to their business
processes. My second stint was for problem solving as issues were becoming show stopper. They
had many issues to be resolved mainly like Re-order Point planning, Safety stock calculation, Min-
Max planning, Cycle Counting, Sourcing Rules, Focus Forecasting, Planning Workbench issues,

Sunflower Electric Power Corp., Hays, KS : Sunflower Electric Power Corporation is a regional
wholesale power supplier that owns and operates a 595 MW system of gas and coal-based
generating plants and a 1,200-mile transmission system for the needs of its six member cooperatives
who serve 118,000 people spread throughout a 21,000 square mile area in western Kansas.
Sunflower also provides power to regional utilities in western Kansas and in ten states.
BearingPoint was awarded a contract of phase – I for Fit/Gap assessment analysis. This project was
for eight weeks during Jan/Feb 2006. I was manufacturing lead working on Inventory, Purchasing,
