month. Facility consists of over 600
UAW members. Responsible
for launching the new 2015 F150 seat
assembly for this model
year. Lead the team in achieving JCI's
internal 0-0-100-30. (zero
safety issues, zero quality issues,
100% on time delivery, for 30
days)

launch. Ensured that the launch events happened

including driving events on the plant
floor as required in a manner

Principles. Ensured that manufacturing
launch readiness was

management on coordinating
the successful Ford 150 2009 launch.

Navigator vehicle lines which
produce over 3 million dollars in sales
per month. Responsible for
Manufacturing, Materials, and
Engineering consisting of over 396
UAW direct team members, 84 UAW indirect team members, and
56 salary team members.
2000 to Operation Manager - JCI Mt.Clemens
2003 Directly responsible to direct, control, and supervise all
of the
plant's manufacturing production,
shipping, and receiving within
the JCI Mt. Clemens facility, producing
complete seat components
for Daimler-Chrysler Sterling Heights
facility. Lead team member
in implementing Lean Manufacturing.
Active team member in the
administration / negotiation of the
labor agreement.
1998 to Launch Manager - JCI Mt.Clemens
2000 Responsible in launching the JR 41
and JR 27 seat component
lines, which included maintaining a
budget of over 8 million
dollars. Key team member in
successfully transferring the JR 27
seat line from Mexico to the Mt.
Clemens facility. Achieved JCI's
internal goal 0-100-30 for both
launches.
1996 to Production Manager / Maintenance Manager - JCI
Mt.Clemens
1998 Retain all responsibilities of Production Manager Position, as well
as managing the responsibilities for the daily Just-In-Time
production and maintenance of seating components for
Daimler-Chrysler Sterling Heights facility.
1993 to Production Manager - JCI MT. Clemens
1996 Responsible for five supervisors, 165 employees. Recipient of a
United States patent for participating in the invention of
a "state-of-the-art" Uni-Trim machine allowing saving in
excess of $5.0 million per seating facility. Primarily
responsible for the overall production of quality parts for
Daimler-Chrysler Corporation's seating requirements and for
all plant operations. Multiple "Pentastar" recipient.
1992 to Production Superintendent- JCI Mt. Clemens
1993 Responsible for 4 supervisors, 85 employees. Successful in reducing
two shifts to one shift while maintaining quality and cost
effectiveness in our product. Active time study consultant
and a team member successfully maintaining Q1 status.
1990 to Production General Supervisor - JCI Mt Clemens
1992 Responsible for running second shift and management of 3 supervisors
and 60 employees. Responsible for maintaining Just-In-Time
facility to supply our customer with quality parts to meet
their requirements as needed. Active team member dedicated
to receiving Daimler-Chrysler Q1 status.
1986 to Production Supervisor - JCI Utica Trim Facility
1990 Responsible for Just-In-Time, state-of-the-art seating facility
supplying General Motor's Flint facility. Active team
member responsible in achieving General Motor's "Mark of
Excellence" Award in all areas. Responsible for
implementation of job rotation system that resulted in zero
lost time accidents for preceding three years and increased
labor productivity while reducing scrap rate dramatically.
Education Central Michigan University, B.S. in Industrial Management with
a minor in Industrial Technology. (completed degree while
working)
Training: Six Sigma Green Belt, Kepner-
Tregoe, and Lean Manufacturing
Personal Hobbies include golfing, softball, and
spending time with my four
children ranging from ages 6 to 20. A
