FSL Program Manager Action Contre-la Faim Oct, 2009 – April, 2013 Thatta, Sindh, Pakistan
Applied research pilot project on improve “living standards of coastal Thatta 400 small farmers and Tenants”. Funded by World Bank /JSDF Budget for FSL: 1445650 US$
Program implementation, reporting, capacity building and representation at field level in the Base and Project sites. Although directly managed by the Field Co, performed technical aspects of project implementation as per the FSLCO’s technical guidance / advices and followed up. Managed the below FSL World Bank programming in the province.
Guided the provincial FSL team their programming, coordinated with Nutrition and WASH teams.
• Defined program implementation modalities (targeting criteria, mobilization modalities, local partnerships, participant training curricula, monitoring systems, staff schedules, etc.) in coordination with Field Co.
• Quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines, administrative systems, and established deadlines.
• Identify and respond to related staff capacity building priorities.
• Department staffs introduce, reinforce and promote ACF’s charter, mandate and scope of activities to beneficiaries and stakeholders.
