management/construction management field.

Through my work experience, I have gained many skills necessary to be

successful in a fast-paced, high-pressured work environment. My sales

experience as a Licensed Real Estate Consultant for over 5 years has

enhanced my skill set as an effective negotiator and problem solver. I have

also gained recognition and respect from my peers through effective sales

I am currently attending Westwood College in Atlanta, GA majoring in

Construction Management. In addition, I am dually licensed in the states of

New York and Georgia and hold designations as a Certified Site Manager and

Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate

Management (IREM). My combination of education and experience has prepared

me for a position of this caliber. I have also obtained a high level of
